AcademixPro ("we", "us", "the platform") provides management software for sports academies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, web application, and mobile apps (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is operated by Brandora Management, based in the United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question you can contact us at privacy@academixpro.ae.
AcademixPro is a multi-tenant platform: each sports academy ("Academy") that uses the Service is a separate, isolated customer. When you use the Service as a member of an Academy (for example, as an administrator, coach, staff member, or parent), that Academy is the controller of the data you provide, and we process it on their behalf.
Account information: name, email address, phone number, role, and the password you set (stored only as a secure cryptographic hash — never in plain text).
Academy and member data: information your Academy records to run its operations, which may include player profiles, guardians/parents, coaches, attendance, memberships, schedules, performance notes, and uploaded media or documents.
Billing and payment data: invoices, amounts, and payment status. Card and bank details are entered directly with our third-party payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
Technical data: log information such as device type, app version, IP address, and basic usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
To provide the Service — authentication, running Academy operations, processing invoices and payments, and delivering notifications you have opted into.
To secure the Service — detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access, and enforcing tenant isolation between Academies.
To support and improve — responding to requests, diagnosing problems, and improving features and reliability.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Online payments are processed by regulated third-party payment gateways (which may include PayTabs, Checkout.com, Tabby, and Tamara). When you pay, your card or bank details are provided directly to the relevant payment provider under their own privacy terms. We receive only the result of the transaction (such as success, amount, and a reference), not your full card details.
Academies use the Service to manage their players, who may be minors. This information is provided and controlled by the Academy and the player’s parent or guardian. We process it solely to provide the Service to that Academy and do not use it for any other purpose. If you believe a child’s data has been provided without proper authorisation, contact the Academy or us at privacy@academixpro.ae.
With your Academy: data you provide is available to the authorised administrators and staff of your Academy according to their role.
With service providers: payment gateways, cloud hosting, and email/notification delivery, strictly to operate the Service.
For legal reasons: where required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
We never sell personal data to third parties.
We apply industry-standard safeguards. Each Academy’s data is isolated at the database level using row-level security. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, payment credentials are encrypted, access is restricted by role, and all traffic is served over encrypted HTTPS connections.
We retain information for as long as your Academy maintains an active account, and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
Subject to applicable law (including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Because your data is controlled by your Academy, please direct such requests to your Academy in the first instance; you may also contact us at privacy@academixpro.ae and we will assist.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice.
